What is Real?

Real is what actually exists in this very moment.

The body for example is real. It exists in this actual moment. Things that happened in the past are no longer real, and things that will or might happen in the future are also not now real. They were real, and might become real, but they are not existent right now.

But what of Trauma? You said Trauma is Real.

Yes, real is what actually exists in this very moment. Trauma resides in the body. Trauma resides in the physiology and biochemistry of the body and in the neuronal patterning of the brain. The body, and the trauma that resides in it, exists in this very moment.

Trauma is Real.
